Kolhelly Bakery is an authentic Georgian bakery at 6318 Bay Pkwy in Brooklyn, New York. We bake khachapuri, savory filled breads, pastries, coffee and sweets fresh every day.
Georgian baking is built on a short list of things done properly: dough, cheese, beans, meat, greens, and an oven that is always on. Imeruli and megruli khachapuri, lobiani filled with spiced beans, kubdari filled with spiced meat, chakhrakina filled with beet leaves, and shoti bread straight out of the oven.
You can eat in or take it away. There is coffee, and there are sweets in the case. For a gathering, call ahead and we will put a platter together.
